WOOD
We source our wood from regional suppliers; depending on availability, it comes predominantly from southern Germany, from growing areas along the Rhine, between Freiburg and Karlsruhe, and from the Spessart region.
We place great emphasis on strict quality control in the selection of wood; only the best quality wood is suitable for the slim frame design.
Wood is a natural product, and therefore each piece is unique with individual grain and its own characteristics.
Warm, honest materials, naturally grown wood and precise craftsmanship give this bed an exceptional feel.
The smooth surfaces and tangible quality convey a sense of security and tranquility – ideal conditions for a restful sleep. A piece of furniture that not only looks beautiful but also feels wonderful.

WOOD
TYPES
We use regional hardwood species that are well-suited for furniture making due to their wood properties. Currently, we offer the LYND bed in oak, ash, and walnut. Available in natural oiled or lightly white oiled finishes. Accessories are also available in graphite.
We produce other types of wood upon request. Please feel free to inquire without obligation.
SURFACES
All wooden surfaces are finely sanded, first by machine, then finished by hand; all edges are softly chamfered.
To protect the wood, we apply a natural, matte oil-wax. This creates an open-pored surface protection and preserves the natural feel and appearance of the wood.
The hard wax oil is based on natural vegetable oils and waxes (sunflower oil, soybean oil, safflower oil, carnauba and candelilla wax)

WE do that.
For many years we worked for large, international companies in the interior design and fashion sectors. Eventually, we wanted to develop our own products and use our best experiences to do so.
It all started with us building furniture for ourselves and continuously developing it further.
We build every prototype ourselves. It's fortunate that we can use the family's carpentry workshop for this.
Our furniture is also manufactured here, thus combining modern design with traditional values.
It is important to us that, in addition to the design and responsible manufacturing, the practical benefits of our products are particularly convincing.
REGION
We have always produced our furniture exclusively in southern Germany, in the Swabian Alps. We source our raw materials from regional suppliers.
